Our family loves to get together here. It is so beautiful, and your staff is always very friendly. The house is great for us. The elevator is nice for older folks, and the hot tub is enjoyed by our younger members. Beach walking is good any time of year, and we spotted dolphins almost every day.
You do need to have the wi-fi password and check out instructions posted somewhere, like the refrigerator.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you again!

We loved the house. Overall a great stay. A grill would be nice but I understand the liability with that!
Our biggest recommendation would be additional dressers for clothes storage in a couple of the bedrooms.

Suggestions:
1. Provide a “how to” cheat sheet for the house—especially for the tv. It’s a very old TV —never could get it to work as we were advised by the office. We used our own provider and then our streaming services. However, easy access to local/basic tv seems like a reasonable expectation.
2. Add a couple of small tables to the living room.
3. Need more potholders and better pillows
4. Fix lock inside of the door on the outside shower.
5. Add a couple of chairs to the lower deck.

Nice big house, room for everyone to spread out. Hot tub was a big hit as was the elevator. Loved all the counter space and cupboards. A Keurig would be nice but we brought our own since we knew there wasn't one.

Overall, this was a lovely property -- very well situated, and the hot tub was wonderful! The kitchen, however, had very limited dishes and silverware, and was lacking basic items (a vegetable peeler, a mixer). It would also be nice to have more seating in the living room. Some of the furniture was not well-maintained (bunk beds, deck chairs). On the upside, plenty of parking and lots of space.

Myself and my family loved the property. Everything about the property was amazing, kitchen was spacious, had a great view of the beach and sunsets, everything worked properly had no issues with anything and the hot tub was a really nice bonus. Beds were a bit rough but overall will definitely would stay here again.

My whole family loved the location, the property itself and just being so close to the ocean. The owners were next door while we were there and were extremely kind and friendly. it had so much room for all of us - we had our 18 month granddaughter and had brought our own child gates for top deck and top stairs of upper floor - this was a great comfort because without them it would have been a constant fear that she would fall. Clean and spacious. We hope to go back next year if available. Thank you so much for all your assistance.

It is a very nice property, we only had a couple of issues that were taken care of very quickly. The dish washer wasn't working properly and trash pick up. The door going from the dining room to the deck is a little hard to open but beside that it was a great week. Thanks

Our family had an amazing time here!! The property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us! Just steps away from the beautiful ocean and beach full of seashells. On our last night we got the best visitor..right in front of our beach house a huge loggerhead turtle decided to come up and amaze us with her beauty!! Best experience ever and truly an amazing vacation! Thank you to Island Real Estate!!

We loved our stay at Portals. The house was spacious and well laid out so that we could enjoy the morning sunrise without waking the kids up downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped to meet the needs of anyone who wants to cook. The hot tub was wonderful on the chilly evening, and kid approved. They loved it! If you love shells, the beach where this house it located has an abundance of them and they are quite large. The view of the ocean is incredible, house is perfect for anyone who loves the beach/ocean. Will definitely be staying again and hopefully at Portals!
