The master bedroom boasts a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom provides a queen size bed. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom that is accessed from either bedroom. The ocean side bedroom also has deck access. A queen sleeper sofa is provided in the living area for added sleeping space.
Downstairs (which is accessible only from exterior stairs) you will find a charming private oasis complete with a queen size bedroom separated from the living area with a barn door, a full bath with walk in shower, dining room and full kitchen. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. This area is perfect for someone that may have trouble climbing the stairs to the upper level. (Owners provide a shower chair for anyone that may need assistance)
Beautiful Atlantic Ocean views from much of the back deck area. There is a sandy trail providing access to the beach from the home.
Fenced in yard. 2 dogs, under 50lbs each, allowed with paid pet fee per dog.
