Surf Condo 112 is an oceanfront unit located on the first floor of building 1. New paint, new flooring and all new furnishings just for you in the 2018 summer season. Be sure to take advantage of the private covered parking that only first floor units are provided. Two vehicles, parked tandem, can fit in the provided space.
Climb one short flight of stairs to arrive at your beach home away from home. Upon entering the unit you’ll step into the short hallway where you can already see the amazing ocean view! At the end of this hallway you’ll find the open kitchen, living and dining areas.
The living room provides the perfect spot to catch your breath after a busy day on the beach. Enjoy a movie or even get some work done by taking advantage of the cable television and wireless internet. The comfortable seating offers plenty of room for your party and a full size futon can be found here for extra bedtime options.
Your private oceanfront deck can be accessed directly from the living room. The covered deck provides outdoor seating and a view you won’t believe! Your direct oceanfront unit practically sits on top of the dunes and looks over the sprawling Surf City beach. You won’t miss a single second of sun or fun out here, even if you spend the entire day lounging on your deck!
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for meal planning and entertaining. The counter provides bar seating and opens up into the living room so you won’t have to miss a single moment of the party. A dining area is located to the side of the living area and serves as a great spot for dinner time or just a quick snack.
Back in the hallway you will find a unique sleeping alcove with a built in twin size bunk bed. This tucked away spot offers a comfortable and relaxing retreat once bedtime hits. Continuing down the hall you will find the master bedroom as well as a full and half bathroom.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed and plenty of peace of quiet! With this room at the opposite end of the action in the living room, it offers a tranquil location to retreat at the end of the day. The half bathroom can be accessed directly from this room. The full bathroom can be accessed from the hallway or through the half bathroom entrance off the master bedroom. This full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo and a single sink vanity.
